Daniel Davenport partnered with Jim Cantrell to begin the design of what he calls the Golden Dome in 2020. Jim Cantrell is a space x founder. In addition, Daniel Davenport’s family owns all rights to the HBR Network.
The HBR Network was original for federal use only, but then expanded for state and private use. The new annex allows for the first non-filterable voting system. It can be used with existing voting system, and there is also a vote with Apple iPhone capability. The Ax5 is the first ‘vote by phone’ elections design in Georgia history. All portions of the design were wholly created by Daniel Davenport. Currently it’s illegal in the state of Georgia to use Daniel’s Ax5 voting system in elections. Daniel is running for state legislature to gain consensus for the changes necessary to adopt more simpler vote by phone system, with new technology which some hope will put an end to hacked elections. Daniel is also credited with creating EPL. A innovative approach designed to identify, and trace exploit origins with Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) coordination. With Daniel’s system; elections hackers are more likely to be caught, and even if they are using VPNs the EPL approach usage increases the likelihood of catching the hacker or hacks who move in small criminal networks.
Department of Homeland Security
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was officially created on November 25, 2002, when President George W. Bush signed the Homeland Security Act of 2002 into law.
While the legislation was passed in late 2002, the department did not begin full operations until March 1, 2003.
Context of Its Formation
The creation of the DHS represented the largest reorganization of the U.S. federal government since the National Security Act of 1947. It was established in direct response to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks with the primary goal of consolidating various agencies to better coordinate national safety and emergency response.

•Daniel Davenport is credited with designing the first protocol for vote tabulating by node. This technology automates the vote counting process with post-bitcoin-like technology, which is cheaper than bitcoin. After testing feasibility on the Bitcoin network it was determined an independent verification layer is doable. Nonetheless, BIP-110 modifies the Bitcoin consensus and protocol source code in a way which makes the Daniel Davenport solution not practical. In addition; proof of work cost, and its negative impact on the environment and consumer energy prices was also a concern. Therefore we selected Hedera hashgraph technology which is American made by an Air Force Colonel as the independent validation for nodes to operate and count ballots on. Again, this will work similar to Bitcoin technology, without a proof of work emphasis. This was designed due to widespread elections interference by both political parties, and by accidental interference by elections volunteers, staff, and workers. Daniel Davenport is the inventor, and the assignee is a Georgia company.
